Role Summary
We are looking for a seasoned, self-sufficient generalist marketer to lead our LATAM marketing efforts, with a primary focus on Brazil and Mexico. This person will be our local marketing champion, acting as the go-to for everything regional, from hosting high-impact field events to managing agency-led digital campaigns and collaborating with global teams.
You’ll work closely with global demand generation and content teams to adapt and execute programs for the local market. You will also manage a trusted digital agency partner and be responsible for on-the-ground execution, budget ownership, and performance reporting across the region.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the LATAM marketing plan with a focus on Brazil and Mexico
Own field marketing initiatives, third-party events, executive dinners, roadshows, partner events, and customer meetups
Adapt and localize global campaigns and messaging for the regional audience
Manage the digital agency to execute paid media, email, and digital campaigns
Partner with regional sales leadership to align on target accounts for ABM strategies
Track, measure, and report on key KPIs (MQLs, SAOs, ROI, etc.)
Own the regional marketing budget
Be the voice of the LATAM customer internally, feeding insights back to product, sales, and global marketing
What You Will Have
10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise tech with experience in Account Based Marketing
Strong field marketing experience in LATAM, including event planning and execution
Experience working with and managing external agencies
Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive results with limited oversight
Excellent project management and communication skills
Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a strong plus
Comfortable collaborating with remote, global teams across time zones
Familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Hub
Experience in channel or partner marketing
