Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Data Science Analyst to join our core Data team. This is a high-impact, generalist role designed for someone who thrives on ambiguity and can translate complex data into strategic decisions. You will initially be deployed to solve high-priority challenges in either B2C Marketing (optimizing acquisition and LTV) or B2B Customer Success (driving retention and product adoption). You won't just build dashboards; you will design the experimentation frameworks and predictive models that define our in-house data strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-Functional Analytics: Partner with B2C or B2B stakeholders to define KPIs, track performance, and identify growth levers.

• Experimentation & Statsig Ownership: Design and analyze A/B tests to measure the impact of new features, pricing changes, or marketing campaigns.

• Behavioral Modeling: Use Python/R to develop models for customer health, churn probability, or lead scoring to help the Success and Marketing teams prioritize their efforts.

• Self-Serve Ecosystem: Build and maintain scalable data models in Snowflake and intuitive dashboards in Looker that empower non-technical teams to find their own answers.
  Strategic Storytelling: Synthesize raw data into clear narratives for leadership, providing actionable recommendations that go beyond "what happened" to "what we should do next."

What You Will Have:

• Experience: 4–7+ years in Data Science, Product Analytics, or Growth Analytics.

• Technical Stack: Expert SQL (Window functions, CTEs) and proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling.

• Statistical Rigor: Strong grasp of A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and causal inference.

• Tooling: Experience with modern BI (Looker, Tableau) and Event Analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel).

• Communication: Proven ability to influence stakeholders (like Marketing or Success Leads) through data.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.

• Background in SaaS or Subscription business models.

• Familiarity with Git-based workflows (dbt/GitHub).
