Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive Senior DevOps Engineer to join our elite engineering team in Vietnam. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our cutting-edge AI product, ensuring high availability, and optimizing our infrastructure using the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Automation & CI/CD: Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines. Actively leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to optimize scripting and automate repetitive operational tasks.

• Infrastructure & K8s Management: Manage the lifecycle of AWS infrastructure and EKS clusters, including version upgrades, node group migrations, and ensuring zero-downtime operations.

• Observability & Performance: Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and APM solutions to trace transactions, identify bottlenecks, and ensure system health.

• Database & Data Integrity: Manage cloud databases (RDS, DynamoDB), ensuring high availability, automated backup strategies, and disaster recovery readiness.

• Security & DevSecOps: Proactively improve system security by managing IAM policies, performing vulnerability scanning, and implementing security best practices across the stack.

• Collaboration & Support: Partner with developers to optimize workflows and troubleshoot issues with a supportive, open-minded approach.

• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for internal knowledge sharing.

What You Will Have
Technical Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on DevOps experience in production environments.

• Kubernetes Expertise: Deep understanding of EKS, Helm charts, and ArgoCD. Experience with K8s version upgrades is a strong advantage.

• Cloud & IaC: Proficiency in AWS services and Terraform.

• Observability: Working knowledge of APM tools (Signoz/Sentry/New Relic) and monitoring stacks (Prometheus/Grafana).

• Database Management: Experience in managing and scaling AWS RDS (Aurora/PostgreSQL) and DynamoDB.

• Security Mindset: Familiarity with Network security, IAM, Secret Management, and container security scanning.

• Scripting: Strong abilities in Bash or Python for automation.

• AI Fluency: Demonstrated ability or high interest in using AI tools to solve complex technical problems and increase productivity.

• Can-do Attitude: A proactive problem-solver who brings solutions, not just problems.
